My name is (mr.) merritt fallis, and i am very interested in the position currently available for a music/band/vocal teacher at any location. I am a canadian/american male, with 33 years of teaching experience. I have taught in the public school system in canada and the united states, as well as highly regarded private international schools in mexico, the dominican republic, china, vietnam, malaysia and jordan.

I have a bachelor's degree in music education (vocal and instrumental/band), as well as a master's degree in secondary education. I was also a member of the phoenix metro pops orchestra in the united states (6 years), and danang symphony orchestra in vietnam (2 years).

I was named 'teacher of the year' at two of my previous schools, including shanghai american school, with 2600 students and 125 teachers.

I am not currently able to include my cv/resume or letters of recommendation at this time, as those files are on another computer which is currently being repaired, but i will gladly send those as soon as i am able to retrieve those items. I have attached an 'informal' version of my resume below. I can also provide contact information for my previous school administrators.
