Hello, my name is natali, and i am a mexican citizen currently living in guanajuato state, my experience as a customer service representative has been very positive during the last 5 years, i have been working remotely for different companies in very different fields, automotive, accommodation, banks in which my biggest strength have been my communication skills, attending clients from all over the world.
My strength of adapting to any environment has brought me valuable experiences, but without any doubt having the opportunity to live abroad in dublin ireland significantly enriched my professional and personal life looking after one of the most important clients in one of the best areas of the city.
I am very much excited to take a new challenge, since i am much passionate of taking risks and to learn from every experience in my life, i tend to take always the positive side in any situation that life may brought.
