My name is saasil huerta, i am 20 years old and am an native english speaker since i was living in houston, tx. For the first 10 years of my life.
Later on, i returned to mexico in 2013 and took the proficiency certification with cambridge, same certification which guarantees my level of english and which allowed me to teach the language as a school subject.
Further on i worked at cancun international airport for a canadian airline, where i had to receive passengers at arrivals, guide them towards their transportation to hotels, give them a small welcome briefing and solve questions or problems during their reservation or flight.
I later took the opportunity to work seasonally as a call center agent for customer service for atento, at the swiss colony campaign, my main function was to listen to customers and seek their profile, in order for me to be able to recommend a product or service that better suits their preferences or needs.
As a most recent work experience, i was recruited by grupo telvista mexico to work as a call center agent in the area of technical support and customer service in the campaign of metro by t mobile, which is an american telephone company. I was in charge of helping clients to formulate payments, advise them on packages, answer questions about the plans and support them with network troubleshooting, to mention some of my main functions.
